Financial Professionals and the Collaborative Law Team

The role of the financial professional in a collaborative engagement is to request, gather, analyze and evaluate financial data provided by the clients and lawyers. It is essential that the financial professional remain neutral, maintain confidentiality and work within the collaborative process to facilitate an agreement between the parties.
