David S. Bouschor II, JD
Collaborative Law Trainer
David S. Bouschor, II. has been practicing family law since 1990 and was certified as a specialist in Family Law by the Board of Legal Specialization in 1997. He is past president of the Denton County Bar Association and was the founding President of the Family Law Section, of the Denton County Bar Association, and founding president of the Denton County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (DCAP), recipient of the award of Merit from the State Bar of Texas, and the Outstanding Partnership Award, 2004-2005, for its work for the Denton County mediation serviced on a sliding scale, to civil litigants in Denton County, Texas.
